The staff is very amiable and excellent!

It is about 300m to the nearest metro station. Big bathroom, clean room.

The beds were very high and were moving around the room.

The quiet neighborhood perks up with lovely cafes and restaurants, while the staff is cute and the rooms are clean. The large balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening drinks!

Room was clean and well-equipped. The location, while not central, offered a quiet retreat and easy access to cafes. Just be mindful that public transport to major attractions requires a short walk. It blended comfort with practicality well.

Thank you for a very lovely stay. The venue is pleasant, food is delicious, marvellous location close to city center. The comfort queen room is compact with a balcony, nice interiors, for example. The staff is very amiable and excellent. The hotel provides a friendly service. Also, they offer parking under ground.

I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast had a great selection of hot dishes like sausages and omelets. The room was a good size and clean. The location had plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and public transport was super convenient 😊

The atmosphere felt relaxed, with a clean, well-maintained room with freshly remodeled interiors. Strong and simple WiFi kept me connected without hassle.

The sound isolation left a lot to be desired, especially noticeable in smaller rooms where every little noise seemed amplified. The breakfast selection lacked variety.

I didn't like some faults at room service. In addition breakfast price doesn't correspond to product line.

The entire 4th floor was very hot. Our room was also very hot, until the second day when the staff told us we had to open a window to cool it off. The room also had a very slow draining sink, and a foul odor in the bathroom which I believe came from the sink. They did solve the drainage problem on the second day, but the odor remained.

The front desk staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful . I felt unwelcome when I was admonished for being late to breakfast, despite only wanting to grab a quick coffee and toast. The room was clean but had issues with noise was great.

I was very happy with the size of the room. I was quite spacious and comfortable.

It looks like the room hadn't been maintained for a while so there were some minor repairs are needed for e.g. the door of the mini bar was off the hinge.

Nice room but a bit cramped for the price paid.
